Property Cleanup in Altamonte Springs
When a storm drops limbs across your yard or a property has simply gotten away from you, we clear it in a sensible order. Debris is sorted and hauled, beds and edges are recovered, and you see the ground again before anything new is planned.

A full reset for an outdoor space that needs one
Property cleanup is a one-time job, not a routine visit. It is the right call after a strong storm, before listing or moving into a home, or when a yard has gone a season or two without attention and the usual mowing no longer makes a dent.
We start with what could cause harm or further damage: broken branches still hanging, debris resting against the house or fence, and piles smothering turf. Then we work outward to the beds, the lawn and the edges. If you only need regular attention afterward, our seasonal cleanup and lawn care services pick up from there.
We are a family-owned company, and we treat each property the way we would want our own handled after a rough week: carefully, without rushing, and with a clear explanation of what we found.
What a property cleanup covers
- Storm debris and fallen limbs
- We cut downed branches into manageable lengths, gather palm fronds and loose Spanish moss, and remove everything from the property. Nothing is left stacked at the curb unless you ask for it.
- Overgrowth and invasive volunteers
- Vines climbing walls and fences, weed trees in beds and shrubs that have swallowed walkways are cut back or removed. Where bamboo has spread, we can talk through our bamboo removal service as a separate step.
- Bed recovery
- We pull weeds by the root, clear old matted mulch and rake beds back to a clean grade. Fresh material can follow through our mulch and beds service once the soil is visible again.
- Lawn and edge clearing
- Leaves, twigs and wind-blown litter come off the turf so it can breathe. We edge along driveways and walks so the lines of your yard read clearly.
- Hardscape surfaces cleared
- Patios, pavers, steps and walkways are swept and blown free of debris and organic buildup, so you can see whether anything shifted or cracked.
Signs it is time for a cleanup
Limbs down after high winds
A summer squall or a tropical system can leave oak limbs and fronds everywhere. Clearing them promptly keeps grass underneath from yellowing and keeps pests from nesting in the piles.
Branches hanging or leaning
A cracked limb caught in the canopy can fall without warning. We remove what we can reach safely and refer larger structural work to our tree trimming and removal crew.
Walkways you can no longer see
When shrubs and groundcover spill across paths, footing becomes uneven and edges disappear. It usually means the beds need a full reset rather than a trim.
A home changing hands
Buyers notice a tidy yard first, and new owners want to start clean. A cleanup before listing or after closing gives you an honest picture of the property.
Debris against the house
Leaves and branches piled on walls or under eaves hold moisture against siding and give insects a path inside. That pile is worth moving soon.
What shapes the cost of a cleanup
Every cleanup is priced from what we see on the walkthrough, not from a flat rate. Our estimate breaks the job into clear lines so there are no surprises when the work is done. If a bigger project makes sense, you can spread the cost: we finance amounts as large as $100,000, with terms anywhere from two to twelve years and no penalty for paying it off early.
Volume of debris
The amount of material to be cut, loaded and hauled is usually the biggest driver. A few fallen limbs and a yard buried under downed branches are very different jobs.
Access to the work
Gated side yards, narrow passages and backyards without a vehicle path mean more hand-carrying and more time.
Type of growth
Soft leaves and weeds clear quickly. Woody vines, dense shrubs and thick-stemmed volunteers take more cutting and heavier disposal.
Follow-on work
If the cleanup uncovers stumps, bare turf or failing beds, we price stump grinding, sod installation or bed work separately so you can decide what to do and when.
How a cleanup day runs
- 1
Walkthrough and written estimate
We visit, walk the property with you or on our own if you prefer, and note what needs to go. You get a written estimate that lists the work area by area, so you know exactly what is included.
- 2
Safety and access first
On the day, we clear hazards and open a path for equipment. We lay protection over delicate beds and keep wheel traffic off soft or wet turf where we can.
- 3
Clearing in sequence
Large debris comes out first, then overgrowth, then beds and edges. Working in this order means we are not walking finished areas twice.
- 4
Haul-off and final pass
All material is loaded and removed. We blow off hard surfaces, take photos of what we found, such as damaged irrigation heads or exposed roots, and walk you through anything that may need follow-up.

Property cleanup questions
Will my homeowner's insurance pay for storm cleanup?
Sometimes, depending on your policy and whether debris damaged a covered structure. We are not adjusters and cannot tell you what your insurer will approve. What we can do is give you a written, line-item estimate and dated photos of the damage, which are the records most insurers ask to see.
What happens if something goes wrong while your crew is working?
We are business licensed and fully insured, so you are covered. That matters on cleanup jobs, where crews are cutting, lifting and running equipment close to your home. We also walk the site before starting so fragile items, lights and irrigation heads are noted and protected.
Do I need to be home during the cleanup?
No. Many customers meet us for the walkthrough and then leave us to work. We just need access to the yard, gates unlocked, and pets kept inside for the day.
How is property cleanup different from seasonal cleanup?
Property cleanup is a one-time recovery for a yard that is damaged or badly overgrown. Seasonal cleanup is lighter, recurring upkeep to keep a maintained yard in shape through the year. Many customers start with one and move to the other.
Can you remove a whole fallen tree?
We clear limbs and debris as part of a cleanup. A full tree on the ground, or one leaning toward the house, goes to our tree trimming and removal service, since it calls for different equipment and planning. We will tell you plainly on the walkthrough which one you need.
