Where our crews work
Most of our week is spent in Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Fern Park and Longwood, with regular routes into Maitland and Winter Park. We also work in Forest City, Fairview Shores, Lockhart, Pine Hills and the neighborhoods out toward Wekiwa Springs. Keeping our area this size means the same crew can come back to check on new sod, adjust an irrigation zone or haul a second load of debris without a long wait between visits.
When a storm leaves a broken limb over your driveway or a palm frond tangled in the screen enclosure, we come out, look at the damage with you and explain the order we would tackle it in. Safety hazards come first, then cleanup, then the repairs that can wait for a calmer week. If you are unsure whether a tree should be trimmed or taken down, we will tell you honestly and show you why.
What shapes yard work around here
- 01
Storm season
Central Florida's hurricane season runs from June through November, and afternoon thunderstorms are common all summer. Wind loosens shallow-rooted trees and snaps weak limbs, so we look for cracked unions, leaning trunks and dead palm fronds before they come down on a roof or fence.
- 02
Mature trees and older lots
Many homes across the area sit under live oaks, laurel oaks and tall palms planted decades ago. Older lots often have roots lifting walkways and canopies shading out the grass. Careful trimming lets light back in and takes weight off the limbs that tend to fail first.
- 03
Sandy soil and summer rain
The soil here is mostly sand. Water drains fast in the dry spring, then sheets across low spots during heavy summer rain. We set irrigation zones, choose sod and plan beds with both of those months in mind, so a lawn holds up in April and does not wash out in August.
- 04
HOAs and permits
Plenty of communities in the area have HOA rules on plant choices, mulch color or hardscape. Removing some trees can also require a permit, depending on the city or county. We check what applies to your address before work begins and explain the steps to you.

Talk with us about your yard
Tell us where you live and what you are seeing, and we will set up a time to walk your property. If a bigger project is easier to pay for over time, we can finance amounts up to $100,000, with terms anywhere from two to twelve years and no penalty if you pay it off early.
